As part of Weekend Max Mara's global omnichannel campaign for the Pasticcino Bag Treasures of Japan, we were commissioned to create two exceptional interactive installations for the immersive pop-up at Palazzo Bovara in Milan.

A captivating bamboo forest with a dynamic light show and a Japanese-inspired vending machine, seamlessly blending cultural storytelling and innovation into a stunning phygital experience.

Vending Machine: Internal wooden structure and bag descent chute, 4 custom conveyor belts, coin reader, user presence sensor, speakers, two 27” monitors, computer + two Arduino Nano 33 boards, software developed in TouchDesigner and a Telegram bot integration. Includes belts, motor, infrared sensors, and relays.

LED Poles: 80 poles (116 pixels per pole), 10 slave controllers, 2 master controllers, 80 extensions, 5 custom PoE depth sensors, router, PoE network switch, ArtNet/DMX protocol, Resolume Arena.
